Privacy Policy

The local preview site is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. Product shortlist and guide interactions run locally in the browser unless a live backend is connected later.

Current local-preview state

In the current local-preview build, the product advisor, shortlist, and guide chat run in the visitor's browser. The custom build form generates a copyable brief locally and does not transmit the form data unless a live form endpoint, email workflow, or backend is connected later.

Information that may be processed after launch

• Checkout information processed by the payment provider, such as order email, payment status, tax information, invoices, and download access.
• Support information voluntarily sent by a buyer, such as order email, product name, issue screenshots, and troubleshooting context.
• Custom build request information voluntarily submitted after a live form or email endpoint is connected.
• Basic site analytics if a privacy-respecting analytics tool is intentionally added later.

Local storage

The site may use browser localStorage to remember a product shortlist on the same device. This shortlist is not transmitted by the local preview site and can be cleared by clearing browser site data.

Third-party services

Payments, tax handling, invoices, receipts, file delivery, email, analytics, form handling, hosting, and customer support may be handled by third-party providers after launch. Those providers have their own privacy terms and security practices.

For privacy questions or requests related to information held directly by ReplyAide, contact [email protected]. For payment records handled by the checkout provider, the provider may need to process certain requests directly.
